"La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli."

The view out our front window was incredible along with the front porch and pool overlooking their vineyard and rolling hills. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, well kept, and an authentic Tuscan villa experience. And, their own wine is fabulous!"

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."
