"Everything about this property is excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Washer and dryer were clean and laundry detergent was included. Being on the first floor was not an issue with upstairs tenants noise. Amenities were wonderful. "

This property, like the others, was neat, clean, quiet, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The area has gorgeous mountain views with ample walking trails to take it all in. "The lady at the front desk saved us from a very unpleasant situation. One of the main factors in choosing this hotel was that we wanted a hotel with breakfast included; therefore, we searched only for hotels with breakfast. Whereas this hotel OFFERED breakfast, it was not INCLUDED. Once we discovered this error upon going to breakfast, she stepped in and offered a discount which we gladly accepted. This woman was fantastic from check in to check out. Sometimes it is the staff that makes the stay at the hotel memorable. We will definitely remember her kind and professional assistance at this grand hotel and resort. I am sorry I do not remember her name. BTW, the hotel also has a great location in Oro Valley with fantastic views. "

"This rental was fantastic! The hosts were amazing! They kept in touch and when we had a question they promptly answered. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed every second of our time here. The pool was fantastic. This rental has available inflatable toys to use .a pool vacuum, a sun room with furniture and even patio furniture for us to use! We had an amazing time and we would definitely do it again! "
