"Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach. Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things made me feel like the hotel wasn’t very clean. "

"I waited over an hour to check-in, the room looked pieced together, negative energy, I appreciate pet-friendly hotels, but my pet wouldn't sleep, therefore, I didn’t sleep. It looked like blood by the toilet, but it was fingernail polish. The desk staff, only one was extremely polite, because several guests were ridiculously rude to her. NO! I would recommend this hotel. "

Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are alright and do the job. The pool is a nice size with lots of seating and there is a gym! "
