Welcome to Our Home!
We are excited to have you stay and hope you enjoy your time here. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules.
1. Check-in / Check-out
* Check-in time: After 3PM
* Check-out time: By 11AM
* Late check-outs may incur an additional charge unless arranged in advance.
2. Occupancy
* The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Please do not exceed this limit.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
3. No Smoking
* This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including in the bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD EITHER!
* If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
4. Pets

* If pets are allowed, ensure they are supervised at all times and cleaned up after.
5. Noise Levels
* Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
* No loud music, parties, or events are allowed.
6. Respect the Property
* Treat the home and its contents with care. If you break or damage something, please notify us as soon as possible.
* No rearranging furniture or decorations without prior permission.
7. Security & Safety
* Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the house.
* Do not give access to anyone who is not a registered guest.
* If you have any issues with security, please contact us immediately.
