This is a space for relaxation, not ragers. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate booking cancellation.

No Smoking Inside
Smoking (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Feel free to use designated outdoor areas if available.

Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

The house was very well appointed. The shower was great. The just was very responsive. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves. We would have liked a book with information in it.

We rented this VRBO to celebrate Christmas just after the holidays. I live in Cincinnati but had 6 family members coming in to town. It was really wonderful! I was exactly as described, clean and in a very safe area. Relieved there was off street parking for 2 vehicles. The house was decorated for the holidays which made it extra special. My only note for the owner is the ice maker had trouble keeping up and the water dispenser ran very slow, might just need a filter change. Since we were at max capacity we were having the wash forks between meals, so perhaps some additional cutlery. Just suggestions, hardly a critique. When family comes again we will definitely be securing this beautiful home. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
