When we checked into room the temperature was 63 degrees. We had to turn on the heat and vacate the room until it warmed up. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Hallway on second floor needed to be swept, after 3 days it was done. Elevator floors were dirty the whole 5 days we were there. Based on reviews I was expecting

Ease with check in at gentleman at the front desk was awesome very helpful and gave printed directions to places I needed to get to. I just wish the hotel was staffed better. I waited 20 minutes to get a seat in the restaurant. After I noticed only 1 person taking orders and delivering food. Side staff 2 people helped with water, bread and questions. I really wish I would have gone to a different restaurant. The food was dry searingly under a warmer since the day before. Soups really good after I tried the other things first. All being said, hotel fabulous and restaurant so-so

Lobby is really nice and clean. Staff was helpful when we checked in. The room itself was clean, but a little outdated. They only have travel size tolietries, so be prepared! Overall, worth the price for a quick stay.

This Holiday Inn was one of the best that I’ve stayed at. Definitely would recommend. The pool was super crowded so we couldn’t take the little ones, but that’s okay because our room was very nice and there was a lot of space for the littles to play as we only stayed one night.

Chemical smell
The hotel itself was not bad. When we opened the door to our room, the smell was unbearable. It smelled of bleach and chemicals. At that point we had been traveling all day and I just wanted to go to bed and me and my kids were up all night because the smell was that bad. The gym equipment was filthy, The breakfast was delicious although really not worth $14.95 per person, my daughter ate a bowl of cereal. I definitely would not stay here again.

Great stay. Shower drama but all good.
I had to twist the shower faucet two or three turns left or right to even begin to believe a source of water was connected to it. Finally, after fearing that it might never shut off again, I climbed in and managed to get through my shower while using a safe crackers technique to dial in a suitable temperature. Other than that my only other complaint was that there were no face cloths. Everything else was top notch. I did let them know about the faucet issue on my way out in the morning.

It was by far the dirtiest holiday inn I've ever stayed in. I can’t imagine the corporate folks would be to happy if they were to make a surprise visit and do a brand walk.

The property was in a great location, but there are MANY hotels in the area I would have preferred for a comparable price. The room carpet was filthy, and the bedding was worn. There could be some deep cleaning done by house cleaning in the nooks and crannies, but I doubt they are given that kind of time. There was a restaurant and bar on site, but from the reviews I chose not to eat there. Breakfast was $14.99 a day, so I opted out of that as well.

Upon arrival we were told our room the front desk was extremely rude they said our room (suite) was not available due to the air conditioning not working so we were put in a Queen standard room with breakfast vouchers for the next morning. Next morning we go to breakfast and 3 employees see us and with no acknowledgment so we left without breakfast.
