It's a nice property and good location. Toilet paper roll in bathroom is poorly located. The temperature would not go below 72. The shower grab bar is in the wrong place. Water pressure in the shower is poor. TV: the stations are all mixed up. You asked.

Great service
This hotel was quiet and very clean. We had breakfast and Rob was having to prepare the food and also work the floor as a server. He was very pleasant and easy going. He handled it all with class.

Road trip
The place was a nice place to stay with a bar. The charge for a breakfast buffet was disappointing. There were very few tv channel to select from. If your a sports game no ESPN or Disney affiliated channels or CBS sports or Fox sports. They have Spectrum cable. The shower was not good as far as water pressure.the staff was very friendly.

It was good. Just an overnight stay. Not enough time to sample the amenities. The overnight front desk person was extremely helpful when I returned late and my card wouldn't work in the locked door. I think it should be checked. Then when I got to my room the card key would not work. She made me another. Great customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, everything was well kept. The staff were very nice and the complimentary coffee was really good! The area seemed safe and quiet, I would stay here again!

Nice hotel-better staff training
Front desk attendant not very personable. Asked how many keys to the room, told me to put my credit card in for payment and that was it. Didn’t tell me my room #, so I looked on the card he gave me and didn’t tell me there was an extra charge added for incidentals(not the normal $50 charge, there’s is based on a percentage ??) Did not know they offered breakfast(at an extra fee) until we saw guests eating the next morning when we left. Did not give us any information on pool or hours. Needs to be better trained on customer service and relaying information to guests.

Fire alarms that went off all night on my 2nd night. When i asked they said someone was smoking. That meant i had to pay for the hotels and the persons that kept me from needed sleep.

Both of the front of house staff were very friendly. Steve made me feel welcome upon arrival and genuinely made me feel like he values his guests. The woman who checked me out was also quite personable. I regret that I did not get her name as she also was fantastic. It’s nice when people can in a brief interaction make you feel good about a place.

We booked a two queen room and we got there and there was only one bed, they then switched us to a room with a bed and a pullout couch with no sheets, blankets or pillows for it.
