"Valet staff was exceptional. Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Easily one of the most impressive valet teams we’ve encountered in recent years."

"This has been a easy experience! Expedia helped me book my stay, and made coming in and checking in so smooth. The staff here has been amazing. They are all so kind. Everyone had a smile on there face, they delivered creamer to my room. I even had a nice janitor man give me some creamer too! Its been one of my best stays anywhere. The room we booked was exactly as shown, and very clean! From the mirrors to every nook its been clean and smells nice too. Even the pool area was clean. The food courts were spotless. Absolute blast for familys "
