"The room seemed clean but my husband told me he had found some hairs on his bed sheets. The location was excellent, very close to a lot of attractions. The price was reasonable for what we got. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The area was safe and the room was clean. I would like it more if they offered complimentary coffee and or hot water. Even a mini fridge would be nice in the room."

"Overall I would have given more stars but they “upgraded” me to a suite for being a vip hotels.com customer without telling me they were renovating much of the rest of the floor all week. So, I had a very strong paint and vinyl smell coming into my room some of the days that made me feel nauseous. I asked the front desk staff about it and rather than trying to understand they simply offered excuses. Sometimes as a customer all we need is to know they will try to help out in some way but I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously. "

Esta sobre una avenida, por lo que puede ser un poco ruidoso. A.pear de estos dos elementos no del.todo satisfactorio, es un buen hotel y esta cerca de varios puntos de inyeres turistico. Calidad vs precio= Correcto. "

"Good location but be aware the. Noise This is not from outside. We could not figure out why we could clearly hear our neighbors. Seemed like they were in same room . We then noted that we shared a window and there was a little gap between the rooms. That is I could pass notes if I wanted to that is why I can clearly hear all conversations. It was very loud and I cannot sleep without my AirPods. My husband had to stuff our jackets in the crack in the window every night to get some muffling. Also, the beds are very hard. I am not that picky and I had to lay out pillows and make a pillow top mattress in someway. The faucet leaked in the bathroom, but not to the point where it caused extreme puddling. Shower was good. I did not eat breakfast. Good elevators. I would not stay here again. Staff was adequate and not overly friendly nor did they ask how everything was through our 6 nights. Honestly, the only reason I stayed was because it was prepaid. "
