"The place as a beach resort is excellent and i would have given it 5 stars except 2 major issues: - miserable internet and wifi connection. Couldn’t do any work or even send emails - the breakfast buffet (which is included in the price)doesn’t have a coffee station so to get a coffee one has to order it and wait 30-50 min to get the coffee. I drew these issues to the attention of guest relations and hope it will be fixed before next visit which for sure will do"

"Popilia was an incredible place to stay. Eveything about the resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds are also meticulously maintianed. The pools is huge and makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. The restaurant is also very good. "The hotel is not very close to anything and walking outside the hotel I would not recommend. Roads are busy and steep hills. Nothing really around you. Rooms are very old and damp. Hotel music very loud until midnight at times. Pool and beach are adequate. "
