Situé en bordure du Lac Marquis (lac navigable),
à Chute-Saint-Philippe (près de Mont-Laurier dans les Hautes-Laurentides),
ce chalet pleinement équipé est parfait pour le télétravail et/ou pratiquer les sports de plein air. Avec sa vue magnifique sur le lac, ce havre de paix met à votre disposition un poêle à bois, une télé avec service de câble, Wi-Fi, cuisine et sdb complètes, air climatisé, laveuse/sécheuse, 2 lits Queen, etc. Sis sur une propriété de plus de 51 000 pc, aucuns voisins ne sont visibles. En été, au quai, vous y retrouverez une descente de bateau ainsi que des planches à pagaie (paddleboards) et kayaks. Vous serez aussi en mesure de vous y baigner.
À proximité, et ce à l’intérieur d’un rayon de 2 km, se trouvent une épicerie, une quincaillerie, une boulangerie, une station-service, un bistro ainsi qu’un restaurant. Aux Sentiers Nature de Chute-Saint-Philippe, vous serez en mesure d’y faire de la raquette, du ski de fond, du vélo de montagne ainsi que de la randonnée pédestre (location d’équipement à 5$/jr). Au village, ont été aménagés : un très beau parc/terrain de jeux pour enfants (en été), une butte pour la glisse, une patinoire ainsi qu’un anneau de glace (en hiver).
Les sentiers VTT et motoneige passent au bout de la rue. À ces amateurs, prière de communiquer avec l’hôte pour connaître les tarifs.
TERMES ET CONDITIONS :
• 100$/nuit (maximum 4 personnes);
• Minimum de 2 nuits;
• Arrivée après 16h00;
• Départ avant 11h00;
• Interdiction de fumer (cigarettes, marijuana);
• Les événements ne sont pas permis;

• Supplément pour literie, oreillers et serviettes;

very quiet location that has excellent water views & access, a short 1 hour kayak ride away put me onto a river that was endless & fishing good - saw loons and all manner of birds ... never been 10 feet away from a loon pair before !!

Amazing experience!

As soon as we arrived, Monique the owner had her limousine serviceand took all our bags down to the cabin. The view of the lake and the trees were beautiful. I really did not have problems meditating with the sounds of the beautiful birds. The owner lives on the other side and she was not there for the whole time we were there. If I needed something I would email her and I would get a response right away. I will definitly be going back soon for another week before winter. The host was very warm and friendly and treats you like part of the family. I strongly recommend this place you won’t regret it.

Quel magnifique endroit! L’extérieur est super bien aménagé pour relaxer et prendre du temps pour nous. C’est calme et paisible. Ma rencontre avec Monique s’est très bien déroulée. Une magnifique personne avec un grand cœur. Le chalet était très propre et confortable. De plus ma petite bulldog y était bienvenue avec un frais ce qui est tout à fait normal. Je reviendrai assurément. Merci Monique!

Un séjour parfait dans un chalet magnifique !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce chalet absolument splendide. L’endroit est incroyablement beau et offre une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. Absolument magique

Nous sommes tres déçu de devoir quitter votre chalet! Nous serions bien resté pour profiter de la nature environnante ! Les chevreuils qui passent sur le lac gelé au couché du soleil resteront comme l'image de notre(trop) court séjour ! Merci de votre accueil chaleureux.Le chalet est magnifique les jeux de sociétés à disposition nous ont fait passer un tres bon moment. A voir à chaque saison pour une expérience différente.

Nous avons passé une fin de semaine des plus agréable dans ce petit coin de paradis en plein nature. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. L'emplacement, l'aménagement et la propreté des lieux sont sans reproche. Vous serai accueillit par une hôte joviale, souriante et énergique :) qui fera tout en son possible pour faire de votre séjour une expérience mémorable. Mais quelques précisions seraient les bienvenues au niveau de l'annonce. - Vous loger dans le même bâtiment que l'hôte, pas un problème pour nous mais à considérer. - Il n'y a pas d'eau potable. - Si vous êtes habitué de transiger avec une application comme Airbnb, ici le taux/prix de votre location (indiqué dans l'annonce sous la rubrique "À propos de cet hébergement") ne s'ajustera pas automatiquement selon la saison et/ou la duré de votre séjour. Il est possible qu'un ajustement ($) soit à prévoir. Donc bien prendre connaissance de toutes les infos de l'annonce. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre court séjour chez Monique et notre pitou y serait déménagé je crois.

The cottage was wonderful. The owner put a lot of work and care into the property to ensure a positive customer experience. The location is peaceful and quiet with an amazing sandy beach and plenty of water equipment. Communication was excellent at all times. I will be returning. Highly recommended.

Un endroit pour décrocher.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, l’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Observation de colibri et chant du huard à tous les jours. Lac parfait pour les plaisanciers. La ville de Saint Philippe offre une station de lavage pour les embarcations que nous avons trouvé génial. Proximité du lac Kiamika qui doit être visité pour ses plages naturelles et splendides. L’endroit est très bien tenu, mobilier récent, nous n’avons jamais vu un BBQ aussi propre en plusieurs locations de chalet.
