"This was the perfect place in a wonderful part of the world. To top it off, our host saved us by driving us to the train station in Treiste when I booked a Sunday reservation without understanding the cross-border bus from Koper to Treiste does not run on Sunday. "

"Overall, this property is okay, not the 4 stars though. Our room and shower cabin were tiny even for European standards. The shower door seal was broken with a lot of water leaking on the bathroom floor even with the door shut. Hotel’s location is good, near Trieste and accessible to a freeway to the beautiful areas of Slovenia and Croatia. Breakfast was plentiful to our taste. No swimming pool. Free parking with a sufficient number of stalls. Interesting fact that the elevator is turned off between 10pm and 7am. Not a big deal if you are capable of using stairs but would be a challenge for some folks. "

"There is no Uber here! Also - the pictures are a lie! The “resort” is right in a campground. The dinner buffet is really your only choice as there is nothing around. Our room was not clean, we saw bugs. Had I known I would not have booked here. "
