"Great location for a one night stay when flying in or out of Naples airport. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is a continental breakfast (was included in our booking). There’s a lounge/bar which also serves some basic food in the evening, or the reception desk will order pizza from a local place that delivers right to the lounge. We were able to walk to the airport from the hotel at 4am with no issues. About a 12-15 min walk."
"Boutique hotel. Had a Lounge area.Not much of a bar and a small area too eat breakfast. Receptionist didn’t speak much English so hard to tell us where to get something to eat or drink, as hotel hadn't got a restaurant. Corridors smelt of smoke. Room was basic, clean. Had a tv no english channels. Had a fridge. No tea/ coffee / water facilities. Not even any glasses/ cups if you had your own brinks. No balcony furniture had to use bedroom chair and stool. Balcony overlooked built up residential flats. Bed, pillows were comfortable. Lovely towels. As room wasn’t ready, went to look around area. Very disappointed. Residential area. Finally found a pizza takeout/restaurants and coffe bar plus a supermarket. Nothing else. Breakfast was very basic. Staff werevery friendly and tried to help. Hotel supplied taxi transfer to air port 10 euros cheaper then airport taxi

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "
