"Great location right on Plaza Mayor! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was excellent—which is a must during the summer months. If possible, book a room with a balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor. The view is absolutely worth it! Just be aware that the plaza stays lively into the late evening, so there may be some noise. For us, the amazing view and atmosphere more than made up for it."
