This place is a little gem. Yes it's older and the rooms a bit smaller but it has everything you need in a fantastic location. great staff too

The property was conveniently located and near attractions. The staff were helpful. However drinking water was not readily available. Breakfast required going out to another location and not worth the price.

En general bien. Muy céntrico para moverse andando por la ciudad. El coche hay que dejarlo en algún de los parkings que hay (entre 16 y 20€ por día). El desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería cercana, la chica de allí muy simpática. La habitación se oía todo por el baño, ruidosa en general y la cama rechinaba con solo girarte

Pese a que la habitación tiene una buena relación de instalación con el precio, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y no enfriaba en absoluto en plena ola de calor, lo que ha hecho que la experiencia sea bastante negativa

Viaje a Salamanca

Estancia perfecta. Habitación amplia con una gran cama y un gran baño. Armario muy grande para depositar objetos y ropa. No se puede pedir más en proporción al coste, lo supera con creces.

Beuta esperienza. Sfortuna?

Accoglienza fredda e scortese. L’apertura della camera con tessera eletronica difettosa. Lasciamo i bagagli per parcheggaire e al ritorno impossibile accedere. Interviene un “tecnico” ma non riesce ad aprire. Dopo un ora devono spaccare la serratura della porta per accedere. Cambio di stanza. La climatizzazione non funziona. Avvertiamo la reception ma nei due giorni successivi, nessuno interviene. Per fortuna non era caldissimo la notte, ma di giorno insopportabile.

Terrible we checked out straight away

Booked this place as it was 3 star but seemed to be a 2 star hostal when we arrived. we needed air con, parking and pet friendly. We arrived to no parking space so we drove round for a long time then had to pay for parking even though their page says on site garage. When we arrived it was hot and we spent about 2 hours trying to get the air con working for them to say it just blows air, it’s wasn’t air con and there was none available. Nothing was done to help. No fan provided. I was travelling with a pet with a very thick coat and I struggle with the heat so air con was absolutely necessary. We asked for a refund. They said no and walked off. I had to contact hotels.con for assistance and we received a partial refund and checked out and the drive 6 hours to get to our next destination. Really disappointed with the whole situation
