✹ PARKING: Garage, Driveway Parking, and also free Street Parking

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ POOL/SPA: There is a safety gate around the whole pool. Gas heating is available for an additional fee of $125/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Jacuzzi heats are complimentary from 7 pm-10 pm; these times can be adjusted earlier for your preference.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10 pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9 pm-7 am. The property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass are allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 8 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.
