Near downtown area, but easy access to other areas of Chula Vista and San Diego. Small but efficient unit. Worked for my husband and myself, and my elderly mother. Good communication with host on a couple issues we had during our stay and they were resolved as quickly as possible.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Property was not clean or maintained. Lots of ants on sink in one bathroom. Water wasn’t draining in that sink initially. Large spider in bathtub in the other bathroom. No ceilings, AC or fan in one of the bedrooms, not even smoke alarm. Limited cutlery in kitchen, not enough bedding, mugs, plates, etc. for 6 guests as advertised. Only stayed because (a) we had seniors and small kids who would be hard to move once settled (b) owner was responsive and helped rectify a few things. He brought additional cutlery, ant baits, etc as asked. Extremely disappointed with Expedia over lack of cleanliness and lack of maintenance and ruined part of our trip due to ants all over.
