The bnb was very clean and had two bedrooms which was great. Also the host got back to us immediately whenever we sent a question about check-in, etc. The instructions for finding the location were very good. Plus it was so nice not to be expected to strip the beds—all we had to do was take out the trash.

Nice older Alaskan apartment

Good communication with manager. Easy access and good central location. Very clean. If you are looking for a fancy lower 48 condo you may not be happy. I really liked this place. Very clean nice apartment. Great bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen. HUGE TV. Only suggestion black out shades in the bedroom for summer.

Most uncaring property managers I have dealt with

I am a tour guide, so I am blessed to stay in a lot of interesting places. In my 14 years of tour guiding, I can only think of two or three which were not very good. The property itself is quite nice and very clean. However, the lock wouldn't work and I was locked out. The property managers didn't share their contact information, so I was trying to contact an emergency line for VBRO. Finally VBRO made contact with the property owners. They refused to reimburse my costs to get a lock smith to come out and let me back in to gather my belongings. There was a surveillance camera which they said they watched me try to unlock the unit. They said I forgot the number. That was not the case as the number used for the unit was my phone number. They never apologized, nor did they pay me back. As a single female, it's a little unnerving when you have no way of getting into your lodging and no way of getting in touch with the property managers. Given the rudeness and untrustworthiness of the couple, I can't recommend this particular property.

The house was perfect for a quick overnight stay. The directions were simple to follow and the place was very clean. My only two suggestions would be to have blackout curtains in the bedroom and provide coffee. Thank you so much for the accommodations.

Great location and comfortable stay. Check in was easy and parking was convenient.Only real issue is the shower was not cleaned before my arrival or at least not thoroughly. There was hair in the drain, walls and roof of the shower. Had to give the bathroom a cleaning on my own. Otherwise was a great spot for a short stay.
