The Polaris Pointe of St. Croix

We have been fortunate to have owned the villa for 6 years and it has become one of the most popular villas in the Carribbean! We strive to create a memorable vacation experience for every client.

One of the ways we do that is by providing $300 of complementary groceries which we put into the refrigerator for you upon your arrival before to get you started this way you don’t have to run to the grocery store upon arrival. We are the only villa on the entire island that offers this amenity. In addition, we will have our Moko Jumbies and Willard John of Guardians of Culture, perform for you as a courtesy, during your stay - if you would like (if your stay is seven nights).

Our villa was built as a palace and fortress by the wealthiest man in the world at the time in the late 1980’s - billionaire Adnan Kashoggi. Adnan was a businessman known for his lavish business deals and lifestyle. Kashoggi understood the art of bringing people together, which is why he built his Carribbean villa in St Croix . He had many parties in St Croix at the palace with guests including Princess Diana, Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, Barbara Streisand and Oliver North. Robin Leach did an episode about Kashoggi on his show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous also highlighting his villa in St Croix and “The Bachelor” was filmed here in 2010. In addition to this palace, which we now call The Polaris Pointe, Kashoggi had homes in London, Paris, Cannes, Monte Carlo; a 10,000-acre ranch in Kenya and a sprawling two-floor Manhattan residence.

This Polaris Pointe sits atop 20 acres with the most beautiful views of St Croix directly in front of Buck Island. Our villa boasts serenity, privacy and breathtaking vistas making it idyllic for family vacations and reunions. We have a minimum seven day rental for our villa.

We have some of the most beautiful views in the Caribbean. On a clear day, looking to the north, you can see St. John and St. Thomas, and up to the far north end of the British Virgin Islands which is 85 miles away. To the south, you can see and hear the ocean which is over a mile away. We don’t have any noise ordinances to concern you, so you can enjoy yourself into the wee hours of the morning if you would like. Our Hot Springs Grandee hot tub was set up in the fall of 2021 and it hosts 7 adults and has beautiful views looking to the south and north.

We partnered with Turf Factory Direct out of Dalton, Georgia, the premier supplier of turf to Top Golf franchises around the world and we are building a 2,600 square feet putting green in the Top Golf theme which will include driving bays, a putt-putt golf course with three holes, as well as a chipping green which will allow you to chip onto the putting green. This creates a truly unique experience with our villa.

The Polaris Pointe has seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 adults or a maximum combination of 14, adults and children. If your group is larger than 14 or 20, we can accommodate your additional guests at the Buccaneer Hotel whom we have a unique relationship.

When you arrive at Polaris Pointe, our concierge, Roosevelt, will greet you and give you a tour of our villa and provide you with a frozen Cruzan piña colada as well as a complimentary antipasto platter or charcuterie board.

We are the only Villa on the island that has its own private PA. Jason can come to the villa if necessary or direct you to his Urgent Care location for care. (There is a fee for the service if needed.)

We have 12,500 square feet of living space, including seven bedrooms and nine baths. We are innovating the vacation industry with our unique al-a-cart approach to activities. You can - for a small fee - book anything you would like through our concierge service.

Some of the activities we provide include the following:

- Jetskiing at Rainbow Beach in Frederiksted
- Parasailing in Christiansted Harbor
- Having our Masseur come directly to the house for you
- Having a private chef come to the house
- Catamaran trips to Buck Island National Monument with Cap’n Carl and his crew.
- Deep-sea fishing with Captain Adam
- Eco-tours through the rain forest and to Point Udall
- Snorkeling and scuba diving.

Guests of The Polaris Pointe may have access to the Buccaneer's beaches, golf course, tennis courts (assuming they’re available of course).

The Polaris Pointe guests also have access to the amenities of The Fred Hotel in Frederiksted.

If you would like live private entertainment at the villa, we can provide Moko Jumbies and fire dancers who can perform for you. And we can have a steel band come play for you as well. We can also arrange for a private chef to come cook!

We are happy to help you save time and get straight to relaxing by booking any of these activities for you - we maintain great relationships with all of these businesses. Of course, if you want to book yourself that’s fine as well.

We have an onsite car, a Toyota Highlander XLE, which you can rent. Our car holds up to 7 persons and it is available for $575 per week.

- Event fees are required for larger events like reunions and retreats exceeding the original group size and prior permission is required as well.
- House parties are strictly prohibited at our home under any circumstances.

- Event fees are required for weddings, birthday celebrations and other similar events range from $1,500+ for 20 people up to $4,000+ for groups of 50 or more. Maximum event size is 80 people.
- Event fees must be paid within 30 days of the event.
