GReat place, best location on island

The property is fantastic, the patio is just steps from the waves and the complex is very quiet and friendly. Best beach for sea glass collecting, too

Nice place. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere on the island. Had a rental car and visited all of the islands beach snorkel spots and attractions as well as enjoyed great restaurants in F’std and C’std.

Great view, full of amenities

We are a group of four adults that loved the ocean view and the comfortable accommodations. The condo unit was well stocked with beach amenities, coffee and more. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Oceanfront Condo

The Condo was clean and exactly as pictured! Check in was quick and easy. The outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy the breeze, listen to the waves and stare out at the beautiful blue ocean. Location was central and easy to get to other areas of the island. Will be sure to stay here again on future St. Croix trips!

The house was perfect. Had almost everything we needed without having to buy everyday household items. Beds were comfy. Not too many stairs. Being right on the water made the sunrise and evening views spectacular.

All the amenities of home -- PLUS A VIEW!!!

Very easy to be here! Plenty of space for two couples, and a fantastic view of the ocean so close to the condo. This is not a "beach" vacation spot, but a gorgeous view from the open or covered patio with drinks and a cigar are superb! Lots of extras to use have been left by the owners and previous guests. Plenty of beach and pool toys.

Modern, clean and comfortable.

The condo was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The owners provided a well stocked kitchen and many amentities needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was close to Christiansted and several groceries. The view of the ocean was a real highlight. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Stay

We were in town for a family wedding and loved our stay! It was so beautiful to be right on the ocean. Everything in the condo was updated and clean. Tons of beach accessories to choose from! The host and hostess were very responsive and informative. The only thing was that there is not an entrance gate or security for the complex, something that many buildings and neighborhoods have on the island. Even still, we always felt very safe!

Amazing View!

From the moment you open the door, your eye is drawn to the view out onto the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying that view. The condo has been recently updated and they did an awesome job. They chose quality items that will withstand the sun and sand. If you need something, open a drawer and you will likely find it.Location is great, close to grocery and some restaurants . Easy to get into town and centrally located to visit the east and west end beaches. It was one of our favorite rentals and we would definitely recommend it to anyone that is coming to St Croix.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in St. Croix and the condo worked out very well for our family of four. The condo has been renovated recently and the set up was ideal for us. The two rooms were very dark and quiet, and everyone slept well throughout the week. The kitchen, living space, and outdoor area were very comfortable as well. Being right on the water, hearing the waves, and watching the amazing sunrises are something we will always remember from the trip. The hosts were topnotch. The communication was great and the availability of beach related items to use really helped us enjoy the beautiful beaches St. Croix has to offer. The only downside was the area around the condo was not great. However, we rented a car and were able to easily reach all of the areas we wanted to see during our stay. Again, the condo was wonderful, and we would stay again.

Comfortable and scenic

A buddy and I stayed in this condo for five days while we learned to scuba dive. The condo was very clean, comfortable, centrally and conveniently located to pretty much everything. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was in incredible supply of everything you need for the beach! Oh, the view from the condo is all beach and ocean, absolutely spectacular!! Elizabeth was easy to contact and quick to respond. The negatives about this condo: None that I could find, and I am very picky! My wife and I hope to rebook this condo soon.

Spacious, nicely furnished, well appointed, and Fab View

Highly recommend this property. We had a lovely time here and would definitely return. Condo is very spacious and nicely stocked with basic necessities plus lots of beach supplies and towels. The coffee bar is a cute and creative touch. Washer and dryer in unit lets you pack more efficiently. Beautiful, comfortable den furniture. Direct ocean front facing makes for a splendid view. As others have mentioned, the location is close to Christiansted restaurants/activities and a couple of grocery stores are also very nearby. During our stay we enjoyed our meals out at Blues Backyard Barbecue and Grill, Salt at the Dairy, The Landing St Croix Restaurant at Cane Bay, and Polly's at the Pier.

Stunning views!!

Amazing condo!! Well appointed and gorgeous location! Highly recommend! It was a short 10 min drive to Christiansted (went there most days for shopping, dining, or the Big Beard trip to Buck Island). The pool was perfect. Very private and usually had the pool to ourselves. Easy drive to surrounding beaches and restaurants. Loved the condo kitties (our daughter was obsessed). We would definitely stay again in this condo. It was very comfortable, clean, updated, and had plenty of extra blankets, towels, and other essentials. We loved the ease of checkout as well. sun, vista, and ocean breezes

if you like watching waves, this is a perfect location on the north shore, facing northeast for sunrises, between Christiansted and Salt River / Cane Bay. The owners of the condo are wonderful hosts who thoughtfully provide additional but necessary staples such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee, sunscreen and beach towels. They also have available a wealth of info -- books & magazines -- on the island and a selection of other books for pleasure reading. The AC is excellent; the sofas and beds are comfortable. It's a first floor unit which has the bonus of a terrace (as pictured) which we spent most afternoons on. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils for cooking -- which i did several times-- and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms -- that we didn't use. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive.

Great Vrbo

We stayed for 3 nights in this condo and it was perfect for us. Pros: everything we needed was supplied. Didn’t need to bring beach towels. There was extra sunscreen when we ran out. There were even sunglasses in the drawers that my partner had to use. The unit is right on the beach. Loved listening to the waves. Parking was easy. Very clean and comfortable place. We loved the recommendations book for things to do. Cons: the only can we had is that there’s nothing to walk to. We rented a car and it was definitely needed as there’s nowhere to eat nearby. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Convenient, Comfortable & Clean

Our island home is too small for visitors so we rented this unit for 4 nights as a staycation for us and vacation for a visiting family member.Location is very convenient to North Shore, Mid Island, and Christiansted. The property is well maintained, well lit at night, and secure with friendly residents.The unit itself is spectacular. The recent renovations were very well done and the unit may be one of the nicest and most modern rentals on island. Having central air and a dishwasher and in house washer and dryer are true luxuries. And it was spotless throughout. The unit also is well stocked. Everything you can imagine in the kitchen and bathrooms, loads of extra sheets and towels, and an arsenal of beach and water toys and equipment. Everything you could really ever need. Only had to communicate with owner once during the stay, and response was timely and helpful.Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location, wonderful hosts, everything we needed!

We loved our first trip to St Croix and our stay at Eric & Betsy's condo. It had everything we needed for our family to feel right at home. Our 4 daughters loved the second bedroom with two full size beds and a bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. I appreciated that the coffee bar was prestocked so our first morning on the island started off right! We packed snorkel gear for our daughters but there was some available. We did rent fins for the kids at the pier. My husband and I used gear from the condo. The location was perfect - an easy and relatively quick drive to anywhere on the island!! Betsy gave us wonderful recommendations for beaches and restaurants and was always quick to answer our questions. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Love the place!!

Lets start with the negatives…we had to leave at the end of our stay and anything we might say will only convince you to book it which would lead to less availability when we want to return. Was an amazing value. The listing is as shown, even better as it has all the little things one might forget or have in their own vacation home. The host is responsive to messages, proactive in letting know of any HOA or other known work, flexible and reasonable of travel during hurricane season. Its obvious that they treat their guests as they would want to be treated. The condo unit has been renovated and up to date, has cold AC in the entire unit, the wifi worked well as we brought our apple TV so my wife could watch the Padres and Braves ball games. Amazing sunrises, and we loved the crashing waves sound while relaxing inside the condo in the living room with the doors shut and cold a/c blowing. The residents and workers are friendly and kind. You really just need to show up with your clothes and personal items and make a quick trip by a grocery store and you will be all set. While its a nice location, you will want a rental car and we found WAZE to be the best to get around map app. We will be back!
