Spacious 2 BR/1BA apartment in prime location in downtown Christiansted historic neighborhood, with panoramic views of C’sted Harbor and Gallows Bay, lush gardens and fruit trees, and great sea breezes. Inside historic 1777 Danish Greathouse on harborside of American Hill, within minutes’ walk of all of C’sted town, the boardwalk and Protestant Cay ferry, and Gallows Bay.

Apartment is on the ground level, inside a secure courtyard with patio, bbq area, gardens, and stunning roof deck with breathtaking panoramic views of the water and reefs surrounding C’sted.

1000SF. Large bedrooms, including master bedroom with French door entry and attached walk-in closet. A/C in both bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has direct access to patio through screen door.

Large kitchen, dining, and living room, with historic wood moldings and pillars, wood floors, antique furniture, and exposed Danish brick.

Recent upgrades include fully renovated bathroom.

Apartment is private, exclusively for guests. Outdoor spaces, including lower patio and upper roof deck are shared with other residents of the 8-unit boutique property.

Great location

Cool spot just 2 blocks from town. Loved walking to dinner and relaxing in the courtyard. Thank you Raelynn for talking such good care of us.
