Excellent location, perfect for walking/cheap uber/lime scooter. Clean and modern with plenty of amenities, roadside but quiet. Bed was comfortable and couch/bed was perfectly serviceable. We stayed in early winter and were never cold especially with the heat pump on. Foosball table was a great addition also, top notch 👌
The place is cosy, lovely and super clean. The host was fast to respond, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with bedroom comfort and kitchen supplies. We wish there wasn’t an industrial site nearby, it was a bit noisy early in the morning.
Might be challenging if you have any mobility restrictions as its up two flights of stairs and street parking isnt always available close. Otherwise it was comfortable and stylish, and we loved the fooseball table! We have a 3 and 1 year old and it was suitable for them too.
Very happy with our stay. The apartment was nice and comfortable, it is close to town and we had a blast on the electric scooters that are easy to hire and use right outside the apartment gates, it took us about 6mins to scooter into the center of town and we had so much fun using them to get around.
Andrew was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely book again next time we come to Christchurch.
Comfy bed, soft carpet, roomy bathroom, well equipped kithen, smart tv, nicely furnished, everything you need. Attentive host who brought round extra towels. The property description should say that flat is on 3rd storey, up 4 flights of outside stairs so no good if you can't manage stairs. The only drawback is that it overlooks a busy 4 lane road and there is constant traffic noise. However, we just kept the windows closed and used the aircon when necessary.

Nice tidy unit close to CC CBD - 'third storey no lift'
Pros: close to CBD / good unit layout & inclusions
Good communication with property Mgr / electronic door code (no key to loose) / perfect for cooler months, short term, younger people with no car.
Cons: Listing does not state that it is on third storey with no lift / Cannot open windows or doors before 9pm at night as traffic noise is deafening - sounds like you are sitting on the footpath next to the main rd. / No on street parking available as Hagley Ave, is available to public - hospital & CBD just down the road + hundreds of units / apartments on same rd = twice as many cars as parks available / Apartment shakes when trucks go past

Good location and parking. Easy access (once we figured out which building to get to - our stupidity interpreting the instructions). Would stay here again. Recommend.
The property was in a great location and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. We had no problem parking. The only minor problem is that the wifi is pretty patchy and casting anything to watch was very glitchy.
Great apartment, perfect location for netball tournament as opposite the Hagley netball courts. Really prompt communication from the Property Manager which was appreciated. Parking could be an issue during the day but we were lucky as didn't need to move our vehicle during the day. Lots of close parking available at night time.
This apartment worked well for 2 short stays in Christchurch. Loved the location just a short walk from Hagley Park and the Botanical Gardens and not far from downtown. Very clean, well-lit, compact, and well-stocked. Nice balcony area with extra table & game. Appreciated use of washer/dryer and kitchen appliances and items. Able to find street parking at night, but during the day it can be difficult. If you are a sensitive sleeper, road noise could be an issue. Andrew was an excellent host--very responsive, accommodating, and good communicator!
The accommodation was four floors up and at the end of a very small width access balcony. Access was from steep external stairs only. My partner could not climb the stairs let alone walk along narrow access way, so we had to abandon our stay before moving in. We tried to cancel but host and agents were not answering emails and no phone number available. Not only is access and egress to accommodation dangerous ( especially in an emergency like fire etc.) there was no parking facilities with the unit and no where to park on surrounding streets without incurring costs or clamping. No refund or any remuneration has since been offered. I would not recommend this property to any prospective tenant in the future due to non disclosure of the pitfalls at this facility.
