Hi Amie thank you for your review and feedback. The curtains in your room are brand new but am sorry if they had come off the track. We take payment 7 days before arrival to ensure of no missed payments in case of a no show. We generally get very good feedback on our shower system but sorry to hear you did not like them. Ken you booked last minute on the day of arrival choosing one of our Standard Cabins which is a basic cabin as they are advertised. If you wanted a cheaper rate book direct or go to a hostel and share a room as our pricing is more than reasonable for what we offer. Thanks Dan

Hi Michelle, You booked one of our basic backpacker unis for Xmas Day however we did have other options available. Our playground has a fort, swingset (5 years old), springfree trampoline (3 years old), outdoor table tennis table (1 year old) as well as an outdoor swimming pool, pedal carts. Right next door is Burgerking for a close food options however being Xmas day i think you would have struggled for any food options open apart from takeaways which do deliver to the Park.
