Central Apartment Stone Throw From Hospital

This beautiful apartment is in a prime location in Christchurch Central, right across the road from Hagley Park, 5 minutes from the hospital, a 20 minute walk from The Terrace (a popular strip in town) and 10 minutes from Addington village. Guests have their own private entrance and use of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bike shed, bathroom, Japanese bidet toilet, furnished outdoor area, one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

We have a self check in system so it is not necessary for guests to meet me, however I only live 15 minutes away so if you have any issues I can be there ASAP. Always happy to answer any questions.le or txt to answer any questions

This apartment is in a prime location with the netball center across the road and Christchurch Hospital a 10 minute walk away. The CBD, Westfield shopping mall, an array of super markets and the Lincoln Road strip are also all within a short distance. Hagley Park is right across the road and holds many sporting and entertainment events.

Driving: Christchurch has very little traffic so is easy to get around, just beware we have many one way streets! Sometimes it can be hard to find a park in town during the day so it`s best to walk if you are not traveling outside the city center.

Public Transport: Our public bus interchange (or station) is on the corner of Lichfield and Colombo street. If you are paying by cash one fare within zone 1 (zone 2 is out in the country) will cost you $2.40 for a child and $4.20 for an adult. You will have one free transfer that is valid for two hours after the purchase of your ticket, this gives you one free ride upon presenting the bus driver your ticket.

Shared Economy Transport: We have shared economy `taxis` such as Uber and Ola, these are much cheaper than standard taxis. We also have Lime electric scooters which are a fun and cheap way to get around, just be considerate of the other cars, cyclists and pedestrians using our roads and footpaths.

There is no parking on the premises, guests will have to rely on public parking.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
