The motel was very good, however, in the downstairs Unit 4 the noise from shower drain pipes from upstairs unit was extremely loud, fortunately there was only 1 user but it was late at night.

Motel was quiet and just around the corner from a shopping center with a great variety of dinning. Staff were very nice. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Asure Abbella. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely rerecommend a stay here.

The construction noise started early but that is no fault of the motel. The bed where super comfy and just what we need after a long flight. The room was lovely and warm when we arrived. There where plenty of towels which was a blessing. And the lovely lady we had to wake up to confirm the room number was very understanding as it was 1 am in the morning

A Gem in a BIG city
This motel was a great find. It may be on a major road but it was so quiet. It was comfortable and we'll appointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It's location was perfect for us. Super easy to get onto QE2 or SH1. Highly recommend.

Convenient and comfortable stay
We had a great family stay at the Asure Abbella, easy after-hours check-in and no occasion to interact with the management outside of check-in and check-out. Everything was fantastic, would definitely stay again.

The only bummer was not being left a key for late arrival as promised. 2am and raining. However I called them and they were there within 2-3 mins to let us in.

Excellent Accommodation
Clean, friendly and helpful, well maintained each day and very affordable. This was the second time staying there and would definitely choose this place again next visit.

Motel was great very clean and comfortable. Only issues I had was outside, it was very noisy at night as close to busy road and obviously not soundproofed. Also there is no assigned parking so when we came back we had to park on the otherside of carpark from our room near the entrance. They said only one park per room but when we counted up there was 1 too many cars for the rooms, if not assigned how can they know if people are only parking one car.

Hi Kristin. Thank you for your feedback. Our windows are double glazed but its possible they may have been closed on the outer latch? Re parking, the owners have two cars on site but we do realise we could do with more and we are in the process of adding some car parks. We hope you will come and stay again sometime. Clean and tidy room, modern decor in good condition. The hostess was especially helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and this was not a problem. I would stay again

We travel with our 2 dogs and this is the motel that allowed more than 1 dog in the room. We stayed in room 2 which is nice and spacious. The motel has Netflix which is great because we watch it all the time and prefer over Sky. The only small down side was a loose shower holder which kicked back up when we turned the shower on. We addressed thos to the motel and hopefully it will be fixed. Highly recommended this motel.

Clean and quiet. Lovely room with great hot shower. The TV had chrome cast, lightbox, Netflix and Sky incase you got bored. I got an offpeak deal so for what I paid for a king studio, It was a bargain.

Very clean and nice place. Had a decent kitchen set up with all the basics you’d need. Was a little bit noisy but is on a main road so that was expected. Room had a heater and a fan if needed, and extra blankets. Check in and out was simple and easy. Very friendly service

This was the best place we stayed in while we were in New Zealand. Everything was just perfect - comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, plenty of room and even green tea bags!
