Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious 3-storey townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch. Our home is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer.

With modern and stylish decor we comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. Two bathrooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located close to the beautiful Hagley Park, the Riverside Markets, and a range of shopping options.

If you need to visit the hospital to see loved ones, our home is in a prime location for easy access.

This 3-torey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. The sofa bed is located in the living area of the property and can sleep 1 or 2 guests - sofa bed linen is an additional charge.
First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. Second floor contains Master bedroom with a Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a King Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals together. In the courtyard you will find an outdoor table big enough to accommodate 6 to enjoy summer evening meals outside.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

The property also comes with a Portacot, High chair and stair gate to utilise throughout your stay so if you are travelling with little ones there is no need to worry about bringing these items with you.

The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval. The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Great location only stones throw from Hagley Park Hospital end. Accommodation was clean and reasonably equipped in the kitchen. Great folder with information on area and equipment should something not work. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you
