"This hotel needs a total reboot. My room had holes in the floor, tears in curtains, mould in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It was quiet and a good location if you want to be by the water. But there are much better option out there for the same money. "

"First time staying there, it was Easter weekend and there was construction going on Hammer Ing sledgehammers dirt and dust everywhere all kinds of materials, ladders boxes, tables, things in the hallway so you could barely pass with your suitcases. I don’t understand why they had to do construction at night as well, which was really hard to sleep for some of us. There was a constant weird ticking sound. I have no idea what that was from outside of a room, the concierge was rarely at the desk you had to call them for him to show up. There was no breakfast, but there was a restaurant there that separate from the hotel but part of it but all the staff was brand new. Didn’t really know what they’re doing took forever to get the food, but they were friendly and the food was decent. Some of the rooms were cold. Heat was not working. Some of the room smelled like cigarettes smoke."

"Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. After over two hours, the temperature had not recovered. We contacted the host. I told her we were going to get a hotel as we had a baby and could not spend the . She was able to provide us with another house in Sarnia. So we proceeded to move everything out and move into a new house, by this time it was after 9 o’clock. The second house while acceptable had a much less convenient floor plan, layout, and lacked several amenities of the Hanna House. I had contacted the host to let her know of our concerns and have not heard back. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience."

"Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. "

"Erin was the perfect hostess. Great comms from beginning to end. Brand new eat-in kitchen, with induction range; BBQ in the backyard -- Sunripe farm market, No Frills, and Superstore minutes away for eating in convenience. Can see this being great summer place with the beach a couple blocks away. Enthusiastically recommend. "
