"We didn't actually stay at Munna Palace, as the management transferred us to Hotel Malik Residency, next door, owned by same group. Munna did not seem ready or aware of our booking, and I think they wanted to make up for this and gave us a room with a view. This was after the promised airport shuttle did not arrive. Again this was because the (absent) owner, who agreed to pick us up, did not tell management. This kept happening in India. Otherwise the room was very nice. Bit cold. It was below...

I was well taken care of for any needs I had right from accessories to arranging taxis and transportation. "Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. Overall, a nice hotel run by non-professionals who try to make your stay very comfortable"
