The rooms are very small and some design choices make no sense, like the window between the bathroom and the bedroom (but there is a shade you can pull down).
But they hotel is very clean and is in a good location near a large shopping area with lots of people. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and it's near some major sightseeing spots.

"The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! ..."
