They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. "My friend and I stayed here for three nights while exploring Hualien, and we were amazed by how convenient the hotel's location was. It is within eyesight as soon as you exit the train station and only a very short walk from the bus station. This made a huge difference when we wanted to travel outside of Hualien City. The hotel room was clean and looked exactly like the photos we saw online when booking. We appreciated receiving fresh towels every morning, although we would have appreciated it if the beds had also been made. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and made check-in and check-out seamless. They also helped us navigate transportation options and recommended some places to eat for dinner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for convenient and affordable accommodation near the train and bus stations."
