Extremely upmarket I was upgraded as I could not participate in the breakfast offering. My room was truly amazing Cleaners come every day and thoroughly clean my room from head to toe. The property itself was upmarket, I spent most of my time in the gym overlooking the stunning grounds and pool. The room was excellent — spacious, clean, and well maintained. Great value for the price, and the overall quality of the accommodation exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat affected by the poor service. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, even when speaking Thai. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is very nice.
