"Windjammer Landing is undeniably a beautiful property in St. Lucia, with gorgeous surroundings and a wonderful Caribbean atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay came with a rather unexpected souvenir…..a broken toe! A word of caution about the stairs in the lobby area: Some are slightly uneven, so be mindful of your footing. I learned this the hard way, and breaking a toe just before a European vacation was certainly not part of my itinerary! What disappointed me most, however, was that not a single manager checked on me throughout the remainder of my stay to see how I was doing. For a resort of this caliber, I would have expected a little more personal attention and concern following an injury on the property. That said, I do want to recognize the wonderful restaurant staff, who were incredibly accommodating. They provided an extra chair and ice so I could elevate my injured foot while enjoying my meals. The nurse was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Windjammer Landing is a beautiful resort, and there were staff members who genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up from management left a disappointing impression. A little genuine concern goes a long way, especially in hospitality."

"This was nearly perfect. I traveled around the world, and as a Cameroonian/American, the Caribbean feels like my second home; I love traveling. Saint Lucia captured my heart and attention, mainly because of the excellent staff—very professional, kind, and respectful. From activities, food, logistics, housekeeping, services, to transportation, everything was top-notch. Abdulla, the preferred manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us; he was very professional and made sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. I am so grateful to the entire staff; I couldn't list all their names, but they are all very welcoming, professional, respectful, and kind. "Air conditioning available and working throughout home. Beautiful view. Noelita was lovely to work with. The document linked when you book is very helpful for finding the villa, getting transportation, etc - definitely use that for the address, not the VRBO link. Will definitely stay again."
