When arriving , noticed a "Moldy" smell as entering the lobby area. Don't know if it's related to the pool or not.

Our first room smelled very bad with cigarette smoke mixed with some aroma so we requested a room change which they quickly did for us. This issue is ironic since there's a large sign at check-in that says you'll be fined $150 for smoking in your room. Waffles for breakfast were very good but there wasn't any prepared hot food like eggs or bacon available. Our son said he will pick our next motel.

Won’t stay here again.
I will not stay here again. Not a very clean motel, very powerful odor of something not fresh, very very dusty even in room. I went to put clothes on bottom shelf of nightstand and noticed a thick layer of dust. Checked around and noticed even more dust on dresser and on TV stand etc. I had to hold my breath every time I entered the motel until I entered my room. Today I have a major headache that I can’t get rid of. Not good.

I went to go in the pool there was an old stagnant rug as the flooring in the pool room. You could tell there was no chemicals added to the pool everything seemed unhygienic

Ok property
Small room. Strong odour in the hallway and wife found it hard to breath. We could not shower because toilet overflowed unto floor in the morning. Front desk said I would get a refund on my card in a couple of days. 2 weeks and I have received no refund. Staff was okay to deal with. I guess owners do not want to give any refund.

We needed a place to crash as we were driving home from a trip in ME. As it was peak leaf peeping in NH, all hotels had huge up charges and were heavily booked, so we were desperate. We shelled out $350 to stay here and for that cost, this property was far from worth it. The towels were thin, the room was dusty and with bugs (we found 2, but they were big), the sauna was not working, and the pool was cold. I understand busy season, but it's a sick joke to charge that much for a place like this. Not a bad hotel and a fine place to crash, but absolutely not worth the money they asked for. Hotel staff was nice.

When we first drove to the property we thought it was abandoned. The front of the building is closed with signs all over doors. The carpets smelled horrible. Everything is old and outdated. Certainly not worth the price they charge for one night.

The bathroom was dirty, the shower had soap scum all over it and the toilet had broken caulking around the bottom. It was dusty and the rugs by the edges were dirty.

Please note that the staff was excellent. Beyond this, there was wear and tear noted in our hotel room. Not as tidy or clean as we had hoped. Had to step out of my room to ask a guest- on his speaker phone speaking loudly in the hallway at 11 at night- to be respectful. Other than that the hotel was pretty quiet and served it's purpose for our travel.

We spent two nights before and after an event that we attended in Maine about an hour away. It was the off season, so business was slow. So slow, in fact, that we joked we were at Bates Motel(perhaps only understood by the baby boomers)because no one was there. But the facility was clean, updated, nice pool, and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

Stayed here for its close proximity to Club Motorsports. The convenience could to the track could not be better, but the property was very average. No real housekeeping and we had to request new towels. Room was not dirty but not pristine either. Window coverings did not block out the light that was just outside the room. Property seemed safe.

I don't really have any kudos or criticisms about this hotel. It's pretty boring, but perfectly functional. Everything was clean. Room was super warm when I checked in so needed to crank up the A/C. I was not in the room very long.

Our room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was 7am to 10am, but we ate at Rosie's across the street. Our room was small but we were next door to White Lake State Park which is why we chose this hotel.

No one on duty in breakfast room on any of the mornings we were there. One morning there was only colored water in oj machine. No one on duty for most of day at front desk. Only late in day when there are check ins. Only cleaned room once in the 5 nites we stayed there.

Comfortable
The room was comfortable, AC worked great, beds cozy. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Plenty of TV stations. The hotel itself could use some updating but it didn’t effect our stay. It looked like the pool was closed. We only stayed one night.
