"At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great.
