Beware of the hill leading up to the entrance from Shinagawa station - it's not like SF hill, but, if you have luggage, understand that there is a walk, which your map app will show you and that much of that is an incline. (I saw quite a few other tourists trudging up the hill huffing and puffing wondering where the entrance was. The hotel has a beautiful buffet breakfast (and 2 other restaurant choices) so opt into the Breakfast included option. The property is clean, the lobby is spacious and gorgeous, there is a very convenient 7/11 in B1, but the rooms are dated. I'd stay there again if the price was right, but I'm knocking a star for the rooms feeling dated and the hill. Hopefully, if you are aware of it, it won't be a problem.
