From Villa Liciai you can organize Wind testine in the Rosso di Montepulciano catins, excursions to Pienza (20 minutes by car), Siena (about 35minutes) or visit the archaeological remains in Cetona. The villa offers every comfort to spend a nice vacation with your family and your 4-legged friends.

Villa Licia has three levels
Ground floor from the entrance: living room with sofas (playstation and video games, board games, Netflix), study with bathroom complete with washbasin and toilet. Living room, dining room. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, moka, blender, toaster.
On the first floor: double bedroom with two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub. On the opposite side of the floor a double bedroom with open terrace and bathroom with shower and tub (outside the room).
Second floor: double bedroom and single bed with en suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, opposite side of the floor a double bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom.
It is rented for 8 adults and 4 children up to 12 years.
