"Het appartement ligt op 4 km omhoog vanaf het strand. Het is de benedenverdieping van een groter huis. Inrit achter een metalen poort met afstandstandbediening waar je je wagen veilig kan parkeren. Je kan er buiten eten aan een ronde tafel. Eigen inkom via schuifdeur waar je de goed uitgeruste keuken binnenstapt. "Very historic and old world flavor hotel, excellent staff with kind hospitality and great food. Very close to Villa Nobel, the sea and gardens. It is not a 5 star hotel but you get more than what you pay for. Many Northern European guests but locals like to eat here."

"Very nice and perfectly located property for exploring Sanremo. Clean, spacious, and modern rooms with air conditioning. Great amenities provided in room during the stay. Rooftop lounge/bar area was lovely for a sunset beverage. Breakfast buffet had tasty and substantial offerings for a reasonable price. The valet parking is a definite plus point. We would absolutely stay at this property again!"

"This was my second visit to the Royal Hotel which I was looking forward to! On arrival no recognition for it being my second visit- no welcome message or fruit etc in the room! Staff are great especially the pool team and the breakfast team! The room i had was the same as last time- I asked if I could have a late chexk out at 2pm and told no!! I still love the hotel but it could do better to recognise returning guests!"

"The owners were absolutely wonderful people! The property was gorgeous. The rooms were ideal. The beds were comfortable. We were there because of the proximity to the hospital for my husband. The morning breakfast was beyond belief.! the best cream filled croissants I have ever had and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had as well. I definitely would recommend this charming place again and don’t forget to take your swimming suits because they have a wonderful swimming pool as well!!! Not only did we have wonderful accommodations. We made wonderful new friends as well.!!!"
