Clean and quiet place. Convinient to go out for small grocery shopping at Coles. Close enough to go to any beach nearby. Only Air-conditioner and cooktop does not work well. Air-conditioner is not strong enough to keep the room cool and Cooktop is too weak to cook or boil water.

Pros: The room is quite big for a family room. Cons: Advertised as an accessible room but was on the 2nd floor. Service fron staff both on the phone and in person was not great. One of the many CCTV cameras located throughout the property was outside the bathroom window, I assume it was pointing at the laundry however you could clearly see it from the shower so none of my children would have a shower without the window closed. Once the window was closed the fan in the bathroom could not keep up with the moisture, turning the tiles (which were initially sticky to walk on) slippery, requiring towels to be placed on the floor to mop up. Very basic kitchenette, not suitable for cooking self contained for a family of 5. Fridge was incredibly noisy. Amenities list included a hairdryer however was unable to locate in the room. No Wi-Fi information handed to us at check in and nothing in the compendium so when we returned to the room after reception closing hours we had no way of finding information. General information in compendium was out of date.
