"Room was spotless and amazing views. If you’re looking for a quiet but beautiful cabin to stay in but that is close to the city, this is the place! Only 15mins away from Fredericksburg. The night sky is beautiful out there! We cooked some steaks on the bbq pit and ended the night in the hot tub with a bottle of wine. The owners were only a text away and answered right away when we had any questions. This place has our highest recommendations, we will definitely be coming back! "

"We loved being out away from the busy areas of Fredericksburg. We woke up with deer at our windows every morning. The beds were comfy and overall everything we needed was there. The main bedroom is spacious and has a really nice closet and bath. Also we loved the hot tub. "

"We were here over the week of Thanksgiving. The home is very nice, the property is beautiful and the sunsets are indeed spectacular. My one minor complaint was the master bath window was jammed and could not be opened. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, I had prepped a number of dishes before leaving home and brought them to finish or reheat. I was a bit worried about having to do all that in a 'strange' kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was the best equipped kitchen I had ever come across in a Vrbo rental. They have everything you need to prep a great meal.Overall, the property was clean and well maintained with modern appliances and a nice TV. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including some snacks. The hosts had also decorated for the holidays and that was a really nice touch. We will definitely consider staying here again."

"My kids went nuts playing with the animals! Like a bonus petting zoo with the stay! My husband and I loved the sunset views of hill country and the wild deer/nature that ran through all evening. It’s far enough away from town to feel the calm of countryside, but still close enough to Main Street to do some shopping if desired. Our hosts were great and made sure we had everything needed for the night! "
