Cancelled by owner, never received full refund.
Per the owners calendar, there was an open night so I booked it. Hours later received a response from owner that the booking was not available. He attempted a refund, but it wasn’t full amount. I called VRBO, who said I should receive a full refund. They emailed the owner and gave clear instructions on how to cancel the booking on his end so that I received full refund. The owner never completed that task. I never received my money back. We never got to stay at the place we attempted to book. I’d advise to stay away from this owner and not book from him.
