"I asked for an accessible room, so I got room 106. The bathroom was so small that you needed to keep the door closed to use the toilet. The door was dirty and had stains on it. There were no towel holders, just a simple small topped sink and counter. The bathtub shower was scummy and there was only and 6-8 inch handle over the soap holder . The rug in the room was scuffed and dirty. And the fan/vent over the shower did not work. When I checked out, I asked for a copy of the bill. I told the person about my issues and she told me she would get a maintenance request. Never did she say, that’s to bad, sorry for the inconvenience with the shower, or offer anything like an apology for the unkept room. Actually she appeared indifferent. Won’t be spending any time there again"
