The perfect warm and very comfortable cottage to stay at for a few days over half term with our 5 and 2 year old. It had everything we needed and was very welcoming.
Children loved saying hello to the horses in the stables round the corner too! High recommend.
Probably among the best place we have stayed in with VRBO.
The hosts really make a difference, from the hospitality in every moment of the communication, to the house preparation into every single detail at the place. Is not only ready to stay but with every single detail considered as you would at home.
Beautifully set up and great location.
Totally worth it.
Thanks to Andy/Clare for their kind attention
I stayed here for work and brought my family with me and it was absolutely perfect. My wife, son and our dog absolutely loved it. The size is perfect, everything is decorated so well and we were comfortable the whole time. Andy was fantastic and made everything effortless. We will definitely be staying here again!
The cottage was very cosy. The owners attentive to every detail and they even received us with some nice goodies.
Would definitely stay there again if coming back.
Stunningly beautiful location with sympathetically converted stable block which reveals interiors both comfortable and incredibly well done. Loved our stay here and everything and everywhere within easy reach. Andrew and Claire were very helpful and the horses were a bonus for our granddaughter. Definitely to be recommended.
Even though my family's stay at this wonderful property was cut short due to airline issues, we still had a wonderful time. Clare had everything ready for us upon our arrival including a terrific hamper full of delicious treats (i.e. fresh milk, eggs, butter, bread, chocolate, coffee and tea). That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated after our long journey. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding farm, grounds were absolutely beautiful. A quiet escape out in the countryside, while still providing a great jumping off point for lots of amazing sites nearby. Thanks again to Clare and Andrew for the hospitality and memorable stay!
Norton Grounds provides a peaceful setting and security especially in our current health crisis. The grounds are extensive, and are ideally situated for walks from the door or as a hub for visiting picturesque cotswold villages or the surrounding countryside. We visited two nearby National Trust properties, Hidcote and Snowshill by booking tickets from home during the previous week. The two younger family members went mountain biking on occasion. All in all a wonderful week and ideal for joining up with geographically distant relatives. Andrew and Clare are doing a great job!
Great cottage especially for travelling family. Location is perfect for enjoying countryside. Hosts very helpful.

A piece of heaven
Wow what a spot ! My Grown daughter and I stayed here recently and cannot say enough about this beautiful piece of paradise !
We had two levels to stay in with plenty of room and privacy and were greeted with a lovely welcome basket with bread and jam and eggs and juice ( all the things for a lovely breakfast ) quiet peaceful and it really did "exceed our expectations !" I thought I received a great price for what I got and would definitely recommend this beautiful place

A delightful cottage in a quiet location. Good walks, interesting villages & pubs nearby.
We had a wonderful few days break with friends staying at Norton Grounds Farm. We were made very welcome by the owners and the cottage was comfortable, quiet and warm. We went on several good walks and visited Chipping Camden, Broadway and Morton in Marsh, all lovely Cotswold villages. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Best ever
We stayed there with another couple for ten days and it was perfect. The setting is amazing, actually located on a working farm, so no noises from the ‘big city’. Andrew is super, ready to help if you have any questions. There was a welcome basket waiting on arrival to get you over the initial lite meal. Also set up for tea or coffee. The beds are comfy and the duvet was wonderful, as we were there in October with a wee chill in the air. Close by are most of the locations you go to the Cotswolds for, including the Kings Arms, a pub with super food. I would recommend getting a reservation towards the weekend as it fills up fast. I/we highly recommend this place. If you’re wanting to see the nearby gardens, I would suggest no later then the end of September as they could be closed.

An Incredible Two Months at Norton Grounds!
Andrew and Clare have a wonderful property outside Mickelton. My wife and I were fortunate to spend two months at Old Mill Barn (February and March) and enjoyed every minute. We really appreciate the quiet that the area and the Cotswolds in general has to offer, and the ability to take a short car ride or train ride and you can be in the big cities (e.g., Oxford and London) is an added benefit. The Norton Grounds has all the comforts of home, and with shopping close by in Mickelton and Stratford, food and supplies are readily available. Andrew and Clare were marvelous hosts, and very responsive to our needs. They gave us valuable recommendations on restaurants/pubs and local points of interest. The Norton Grounds promises to be even better with the current construction of additional units!
