"Our overnight stay at The Portland guest house went very well. We managed to park close by and the check-in process was very speedy. Unfortunately, though, I hadn't taken into consideration that, being a town house, there would be a lot of stairs with an open balustrade which was an issue for my partner who suffers from a form of vertigo but, after explaining the situation to Rachel, Sian dealt with it quickly by putting us in a room on a lower floor. "What a great venue. We stayed for two nights in Otters Holt, a chalet overlooking the pond. The accommodation was very comfortable - however there was no wardrobe to hang out clothes - a minor inconvenience as everything else was perfect.
