"Well what a gem.
Great place, everything you need is there. Except hairdryer, not a problem for me as mine dries fast.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Comfy bed, shower amazing, hot tub was awesome addition. Great night away and we will definitely be returning.
Dont go to Lygon arms in feckenham ( village closest) food, service was not great at all. Redditch is close by and Hanbury hall"

"Great one-night stay at the Queens Head Hotel. Excellent location and convenient parking behind the accommodation (£15 overnight). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious—old but quaint"

"Friendly staff, on-site parking. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Narrow staircase, no lift do big or heavy suitcases could be a challenge.
Breakfast was good!"

"Booked two rooms for ourselves and relatives for a three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hall is an old building with lots of character and has those little corridors running off in many directions which I find intriguing. Our room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean with a good size shower and quite modern. The windows in the building are the old style metal frame single glazing so we're difficult to open and you can hear outside noise so if you're a light sleeper I suggest asking for a quiet room at the rear of the property. The bed was very comfy but the pillows are a bit too hard for me.
The breakfast was in one of the big old rooms which makes it feel quite grand. Nice small selection of hot and cold for breakfast. There is a modern bar area that is also a dining room in the evening and there is a small sports bar off one of the many little corridors.
The hotel is just on the main road and the car park it at the rear which is accessed through a quite narrow tunnel so if you have an unusual large car you'll have to pay to park on the public car park at the front.
There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy and it's is a very short walk into the town center.
The train station is only 15 minutes walk too so great location."
"We had a really nice stay at the hotel was really nice. Bed was very nice and comfy.
Only thing that let our experience down was the breakfast options. Different options of cooked eggs would have been nice instead of just fried egg. Would have preferred some scrambled eggs. The breakfast was okay the food wasn’t overly hot. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking is limited for the size of the hotel."
"The reception staff were really great, the two gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful.
This is what makes a long journey worth it, when you walk into a reception area and met with a smile and asked how can they help?
Never stayed at this Days Inn before, but have already recommended it to friends and family."
"Check in very slow checked in on line so no hassle but you try find room 422 out of 2-3 big buildings without cueing up to ask which took half hour as very slow at reception
Don’t glasses in room or fridge as I’m guessing they want you to drink at the bar and at there prices can see why one rum and coke and a wine £18.18 was not told the swimming pool and spa was not included in room price £117 fir one night so that was another £24 for a few hours fir two of us
As you walk in restaurant there’s a sign saying egg on toast or porage pancakes lighter breakfast is £5 so walked over to ask for this and was told no don’t do this £33 fur a full English or nothing
Everything you did seemed like they were trying to take as much money as possible with out really doing a lot my view any way lovely buildings and surroundings pond out the front is nice would nit stop again unfortunately "
"The hotel itself is lovely, however the primary purpose of staying in a hotel
Is for relaxing. Unfortunately on both nights we had disturbed sleep. The first night an unruly guest set of the fire alarm twice. On the second night there was a function in the ballroom
And so the the noise of the music travelled up to the third floor and it was difficult to get to sleep
As a result. As the first incident of human related it couldn’t really be helped. But functions must be a norm
In a hotel of this size and so this is probably an issue that needs to be considered."
"Room was very old and outdated. Dust was on most surfaces. The walls were so thin. We were woken at 5:45am with a neighbour snoring and we could also hear when they used the bathroom! For a surprise 50th birthday stay it was very disappointing. Pictures on the web do not give a good representation."
