"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental .
Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations.
The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. As there is no front desk or staff on site, it would be great if there could be a bit more flexibility in...

"Immaculate cleanliness. Friendly front desk. Extremely welcoming. A beautiful excursion and peaceful getaway in the village of Mazzorbo. The location to Burano is just a few minutes walk with great shopping and restaurants. Venissa is at the Mazzorbo water taxi stop just the one before Burano. If you miss it you can easily get to the resort by walking over a bridge. "

"Si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Dolo.
La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta.
All’interno è tutto molto curato, molto pulito e le stanze sono bellissime.
L’accoglienza dei proprietari è ottima e la ragazza è gentilissima.
Ritornerò molto volentieri "

"Excellent price and very close to the Rialto Bridge. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is a little dated, but clean and fit for purpose."
"This place was fantastic to the point that within about 1 hour of arriving we booked an extra night. We had to move to a smaller unit for our last night but we loved it so much we didn't care. Our first few nights we in Hu Stay XL Plus and it was awesome. So much room, AC in the bedrooms, full washroom on both sides, deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our last night we stayed in the Hu Stay Smart S which is a single room with a King and single bed, washroom, and bar fridge. The office was super nice and froze our ice packs for travel the next day. Laundry facilities that are easy to use (instructions in several languages). Good restaurant and buffet breakfast. The shuttle to Venice was 2.50E each way and was very convenient. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay for all ages. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Venice."
"Hotel location is great. It’s right across from the station. The rooms are clean and large. The food at their restaurant is amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was that it has a lot of noise. Our room faced the station so we can hear noises throughout the night. It didn’t bother me but my husband could hear it all night."
"Relatively expensive but exclusive hotel, served well with local water bus and hotel private water bus to city centre. We had access to a special executive lounge area where snacks were provided inclusive of the room charge. The food on offer around 3pm was very disappointing, just a few dried crispy snacks with some sodas. It was nit clear how to use the facility which was unstaffed apart from an occasional visit from a staff member to clear tables. I would expect much more of such an upmarket hotel.
Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, with a lovely choice of hot and cold food. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Elisa (apologies if I have your name wrong) who was very attentive and thoughtful about her approach to guests. Thank you!"
"Easy to get about Venice using either the water bus or the people mover. Breakfast was good, some of the hot items were a bit cool but there was plenty of choice. It's breakfast for the American palate but overall was decent. The aircon was ok - the city was very hot and the aircon was set so we couldn't make it any cooler. You do have to request to get the room cleaned - this is not automatically done. But overall I would stay again."
"Overall excellent family hotel. The rooms were huge and clean. The hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from center, makes it a nice a quiet spot yet close enough to everything’s"
