"The bathtub had a dirty ring around it and when i tried to call down to the desk to let them know, the phone was not working in the room. Also, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. When I shared my concerns with the front desk, and through an earlier phone call, I was told the manager would be calling me and over a week later have still not heard form the manager. Very diasppointing."

"Stayed for business in a the Executive Room. Was unable to use the 7th floor for breakfast as it was full with no room to sit. Had to pay and eat in the restaurant and the buffet was poor quality with old past due fruit, over cooked sausages. Not the quality of food you would expect with this type of hotel. The pub was booked for a private function so could not use that space. The room itself was very comfortable but they need more attention on the amenities."

"The room was relatively clean but shows the property is really old. We can see that molds on the bathroom hasn't been adequately removed with black stains on the edges. The hallways were dirty when we checked in at 7 pm. There was only one staff in the front desk responding to all types of issues - check-in, housekeeping, room complaints etc so was not able to answer calls from the rooms. You have to go to the front desk to let them know what you needed. The AC was turned off in all the rooms because it was winter time. We checked-in when it was almost +10 in Calgary but we can't turned on the AC. We didn't feel safe about parking as well as there people roaming around the parking area and we don't know if someone was checking security. Was disappointed that the online photos didn't seem to match what we actually saw in person. Also the rates when we were booking the rooms was 50% higher ($113) to the rate two days before we checked-in ($64). We thought that it was a rip-off!"

"Had stayed for daughters volleyball tournament and the rooms where very clean and pretty would definitely go back there again , great atmosphere and close to many restaurants, really liked our premium 2 queen room "
