"Lovely loft apartment- although hot on arrival ( it was hot in France at that time) we had lots of fans to cool us down. The apartment had everything we needed and the Jacuzzi was wonderful after being out in the day.Supermarket, restaurants all very close so the location was very convenient. The BBQ was a bonus."

"Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

"We wanted to have one chateau stay as a cap-stone event accommodation to our trip to France, and this exceeded our expectations. The price was extremely reasonable. We visited Chateau de Villandry, which is only 15 minutes away. The room was spectacular and the service is exceptional. The breakfast each morning was well worth the price, but the dinner was truly amazing. Without a doubt, this was our top dining experience in France, including wonderful meals in Paris, Bayeux and Brittany."
