It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city). "Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."

My room was well laid out with a good size bathroom that separately accommodated a bath and a spacious shower unit. Excellent air conditioning which stayed on when you left the room.
