"A very nice hotel. Small, excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many choices of fresh fruit and pastries in the buffet and a good range of hot items from a menu. Great location, in the centre of historic Lecce surrounded by monuments, museums, restaurants, cafes and shops. Still, the area is quiet and safely walkable to everywhere. "

"The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one ever came. I contacted hotels.com and they kept telling ne they reached out to the property but could not reach them. Apart from that, hotels.com was negligent and offered no other resolution."

"We went right in the middle of a 5-day festival, so it was a hassle to find the place, get parking, etc. Being fair, that is not the hotel's fault. That said, the room was clean and spacious and it is located right in the center of the old town, with many options for dining. The "breakfast" is not good, just a coffee and a cornnetto. The guy attending the place is not that friendly... "
