"Overall, this was a good choice of hotel. The room was clean, updated and comfortable with adequate space. The staff was friendly. The ponies on the property were a lovely surprise. It was fun to be able to see and pet them every day. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and was convenient. The weather was very hot and humid during our 2 day stay...the room and lobby AC were fine, but the common areas were not air conditioned, so coming and going from the room you did need to walk through...

"This is our 3rd visit for this hotel. This place sets the standard for hospitality. Every hotel manager and hotel chain CEO on the East Coast should come to this hotel to get a clinic on how to give outstanding service and maintaining a beautiful property. The rates are definitely not cheap, but, you get what you pay for. The waterfront rooms with the sleeper sofa is a good size for a family of 4. Parking is free. Even homemade cookies in the late afternoon. Plenty of seating on the back...

"This was our sixth time staying at this Best Western. it is the nicest one either of us have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, decent and plentiful breakfast included, clean and comfortable rooms. A lovely outdoor patio and a pool. Best of all is the location, right on the edge of the park. "

"The entire property is terrific! Only thing I would change is having more comfortable pillows - they felt cheap. Super easy check-in process, great vibe when we arrived, and arguably one of the best cove views on the island. Minutes from everything that matters. 10/10 would recommend 👍"
